Superhero Swim Academy's on going mission is to inspire creativity and imagination through swim lessons using our unique Superhero Swim Universe lesson plan and trade marked Superhero Swim Characters.
We are seeking an Aquatic Superhero Mentor with the power of love and patience to teach crying screaming kids the life skill of swimming as a full time career. Our perfect Aquatic Mentor has an entrepreneurial sprit and is looking to invest in themself through hard work, and personal development to reap the benefits of financial success, and pass on their knowledge to others.
Role Overview: Aquatic Mentors have at least 3 or more years of in water teaching experience with another swim program. The position will teach both group lessons at our Superhero Facility's and Tackle at home private lessons on a weekly basis. The Aquatic Mentor salary will be a combination of a set yearly salary with additional money coming from building up your at home private lesson clientele.
Key Responsibilities: - Expert-level aquatic powers to deliver engaging swim lessons tailored to the developmental needs of infants, preschoolers, and pre teens
- Implement teaching methodologies that inspire confidence and skill progression in water environments.
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers through vigilant supervision and adherence to lifeguard protocols.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment where every swimmer feels empowered to unleash their full aquatic potential.
- Professional demeanor
Qualifications: - A proven track record of 3 or more years in water teaching experience from Infants to Adults at a previous swim school.
- Possession of a current lifeguard certification or Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is mandatory to embark on this heroic journey.
- At Least 18 Years Old
- Ability to commute between locations

- Pass a Background Check
