McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated finance attorney to join our team in real estate finance and development, tax credits and incentives, public finance law, and tax. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, multi-layered transactions throughout New Jersey and beyond. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with complex commercial real estate transactions for development projects, public and private financings, including tax-exempt bond financing, state and local government lending programs and incentives, federal and state tax credit programs, including New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, and related corporate structuring.

Salary Range: $130-$175k. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall work background.
