"We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Store Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with our retail partners in-store and with customers in a vibrant retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for relationships, as well as the ability to effectively promote our products and enhance brand visibility. This role involves interacting with store associates, store leadership, conducting product demonstrations or PKs (product knowledge), and creating buzz around our home standby generator program.
Duties 

• Create strong relationships with retail stores within the region to be the face of our home standby generator program
• Energize the store associates around the home standby generator program
• Travel to retail stores and verify displays and signage visibility, and in working order
• Attend lead events based on store leadership requests
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build brand loyalty
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Manage social media accounts to promote events and engage with the community
• Assist in event marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase brand awareness
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet promotional goals and objectives
• Utilize public speaking skills to present information about products at events
• Support branding efforts through effective communication and marketing strategies 

• Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation
• Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets is desirable
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced customer engagement
• Familiarity with event marketing concepts and execution, especially in retail stores
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with public speaking capabilities
• A genuine interest in branding and marketing strategies

Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
