We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing outreach and marketing team as Entry-Level Business Development Associates .
This full-time, entry-level role offers hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and real-world experience working alongside respected nonprofit partners and leading ethical brands —no prior experience required!
In this dynamic, face-to-face role, you’ll gain firsthand experience in client development, outreach strategy, and market expansion.
You will:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing sales, outreach, and promotional marketing campaigns
Build relationships with potential clients, donors, and community members through direct engagement
Identify and develop new business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives
Help prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and campaign reports
Represent the company and its nonprofit/brand partners at live events, local activations, and community programs
Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance goals
