Since 1962 IFLAND ENGINEERS has been providing civil design services and development planning to the Monterey Bay and South San Francisco Bay areas. Located in beautiful Santa Cruz on the northerly coast of Monterey Bay, IEI is providing immediate opportunities for capable professionals to help us design and manage our projects around the Bay Area.
We're looking for ambitious, motivated people who can think on their own to find solutions to challenges and deliver great service to our clients. We're looking for engineers who can define scopes of services, prepare winning proposals, manage complex site development projects, understand the permitting and regulatory processes, and who excel in directing and mentoring other staff members.
We also need design engineers who can research local agency requirements and produce designs that are functional, meet regulatory requirements, minimize risk for our firm and not exceed our client's budgets.
We're looking for a CA licensed civil engineer with at least 7 years' experience in project design and project management.
Project types include mixed use, multi-family housing, land divisions, healthcare, education, civic, roadways and utilities, and single family homes. Qualified applicants must be able to demonstrate experience with such site development projects and typical regulatory requirements impacting the civil design.
