Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Head of School on administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, enrollment management, and student and staff compliance checks.
- Support teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and educational activities effectively.
- Provide guided tours to prospective families and answer questions about programming to encourage enrollment.
- Cultivate positive relationships with parents through regular communication and participation in school events.
- Provide guidance and support to teaching staff, demonstrating enthusiasm for positively impacting children's lives to include observing teaching staff and providing appropriate feedback.

Requirements
This job is for you if you: - NY State teaching certification in Early Childhood Education (Birth-2) or Special Education (birth-2) required .
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Preschool Teacher.
- Bachelor's Degree required ; Master's Degree preferred .
- Passionate leader with a deep understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Strong classroom management skills, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced early childhood environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary ranges from $80,000 - $90,000 annually
Physical Demands: The role involves standing, walking, sitting, constant movement, and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific sensory abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
