Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate loaders, dump trucks, backhoes, graders, and other equipment as needed.
  • Ensure Equipment Performance: Perform daily inspections, clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery to ensure it’s always in peak condition.
  • Site Management: Maintain clean and organized jobsites while securely storing and transporting equipment.
  • Safety First: Follow strict safety procedures, adhere to federal and state guidelines, and use required PPE at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with site supervisors and team members to execute projects efficiently and safely.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Certification:
    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • 0-2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
    • Valid Driver’s License or Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
    • Ability to obtain HAZWOPER 40 certification.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
  • Requirements:
    • Clean motor vehicle driving record consistent with company and insurance standards.
    • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
    • Physical fitness to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
    • Willingness to travel to remote job sites and work extended hours as needed.
