Join the Experience – Now Hiring Event Staff for Beyond Van Gogh & Beyond Monet in Scottsdale, AZ!

Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences? Be a part of two of the most talked-about immersive experiences — Beyond Van Gogh and Beyond Monet —as they arrive in Scottsdale !

We’re hiring Event Staff to help bring these visually stunning, emotionally moving exhibitions to life. If you're a people-person with a flair for hospitality and love being in the middle of the action, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our Guest Experience Team, you’ll help ensure every visitor has a magical and seamless experience. Duties include:

• Ticket Scanning & Box Office – Welcome guests, scan tickets, and answer general inquiries.
• VIP Guest Relations – Provide concierge-style service to VIP attendees.
• Exhibit Docent – Guide guests through the experience and share key exhibit information.
• Retail Associate – Assist with merchandise sales and maintain the retail space.

You’ll also:

• Provide friendly and informed guest service throughout the exhibit.
• Help manage crowd flow and monitor exhibit rooms for safety and comfort.
• Respond to ticketing or customer service concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in public-facing areas.
• Support the team with additional event tasks as needed—this is a hands-on role!

Who You Are

• Charismatic communicator – Comfortable speaking with individuals and large groups.
• Customer-focused – At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Team player – Positive, professional, and ready to pitch in where needed.
• Adaptable – Able to stay calm and friendly in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Tech-savvy – Some POS or sales system experience is a plus (training provided).
• Reliable – Available evenings, weekends, and holidays during the exhibit run.

Availability & Compensation

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Please specify your preference (FT or PT) in your cover letter.
• All positions require evening, weekend, and holiday availability .
• This is a temporary position for the duration of the exhibit’s run in Scottsdale, AZ .
