Job Summary
The FP&A Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the financial health and strategic growth of our tri-trade services business, which operates across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service lines. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. The Analyst will partner closely with operations, sales, and executive leadership to ensure alignment of financial goals with operational performance.
