Key Responsibilities: Visual Design: Create high-quality graphic designs for various digital and print mediums, including website banners, email campaigns, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and product visuals. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are in line with Pepperfry’s brand guidelines and contribute to building a cohesive visual identity. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually appealing designs. Product Photography & Editing: Assist in retouching and enhancing product images to create an attractive visual presentation. Creative Conceptualization: Brainstorm and present new creative ideas and design concepts for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. Layout & Composition: Design layouts for landing pages, banners, and various promotional content, keeping user experience and visual appeal in mind. Adaptation & Localization: Adapt global designs for local markets, keeping cultural preferences and trends in mind. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh, relevant ideas to the team
