The Opportunity
As our Canvassing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our lead generation engine. You'll manage a dynamic team of canvassers, optimize territories for maximum efficiency, and build systems that consistently deliver results. What You'll Do
- Lead & Develop : Manage and mentor a team of canvassers, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Strategic Territory Management : Assign and optimize territories to maximize lead generation and team efficiency
- Recruit Top Talent : Source, interview, and hire exceptional canvassers who share our commitment to excellence
- Drive Performance : Monitor KPIs including lead generation appointment conversion, and quality metrics
- Ensure Standards : Maintain our performance benchmarks within our canvassing department
- Build Systems : Develop training programs, processes, and tools that set your team up for success
- Collaborate : Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize conversion rates
What We're Looking For
- Proven Leadership : 3+ years managing door-to-door sales teams with measurable results
- Field Experience : Extensive personal door-to-door sales experience (home improvement/construction industry preferred)
- Performance-Driven : Track record of meeting and exceeding team performance metrics
- Hiring Expertise : Experience recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing sales professionals
- Systems Thinker : Ability to create processes, training materials, and performance tracking systems
- Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Local Knowledge : Familiarity with Southern California markets (Wildomar area preferred)
