Internship Opportunity: HR, Payroll & Accounting Interns

Location: Berea, OH (Onsite)
Hours: Flexible – 20 to 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM

Internship Overview
We’re looking for 2 motivated interns to join our HR, Payroll & Accounting Department. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll work directly with our leadership team and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our business.
What You’ll Learn & Do
Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance
Support payroll processing and timekeeping audits
Help with accounting entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
Gain exposure to staffing operations and business strategy
What We’re Looking For
BW Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors pursuing HR, Accounting, Business, or related majors
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work onsite in Berea, OH
Availability for 20–40 hours/week during business hours
