• Support recruiting and training operations across multiple locations, assisting with scheduling, coordination, and communication.
  Assist in the full-cycle hiring process for seasonal associates, including job postings, application reviews, interview coordination, and onboarding paperwork.
• Help onboard and support 3,000+ seasonal associates annually by preparing materials, facilitating orientations, and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Provide administrative support for HR functions, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing reports.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and associate events.
• Support compliance efforts by helping track training completion, certifications, and HR documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Partner with managers and HR leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by supporting team development and communication.
