Land Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Manage surveying projects for land development & public infrastructure
• Supervise field crews and technical staff.
• Organize and schedule project assignments to meet deadlines.
• Maintain contact with clients, officials, and stakeholders.
• Plan and develop complex surveying projects, resolving unique challenges.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in NC (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in surveying management.
• Proficient in Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and GPS.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Experience with survey data management and field equipment.
