Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Content Manager to join our dynamic advertising team in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities:
• Brief and implement effective paid social campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns that support acquisition goals.
• Develop innovative ad concepts and branded content, contributing to scripting, filming, or editing as needed.
• Oversee agency partnerships by providing creative direction, reviewing assets, and managing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Work closely with brand and legal teams to maintain consistent, compliant messaging that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Establish and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand storytelling and achieve measurable results.
• Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and channels in social media to identify and test new opportunities for growth.
• Conduct competitive analyses and assess market developments to inform strategic decisions and creative approaches.
• Create and ideate ad content to enhance conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and implement continuous optimizations.
