If you are just beginning your insurance journey, your salary will start at $40,000. If you have years of experience and industry designations to your name, you can expect a salary up to $60,000.

Responsibilities
  • You will be expected to educate and advise clients on the policies that are best suited to their personal needs.
  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, you will help clients round out their accounts and maintain client retention and satisfaction.
  • With your keen attention to detail, you will update client information and assist clients with policy changes.
Requirements
  • An Active PA Property & Casualty License is preferred. Licensing assistance is available.
  • 5+ Years of Customer Service Experience is Required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think critically.
