We are an outpatient Psychiatry practice with 3 locations in Northwest Harris county and Montgomery county.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant Certified, located in Houston, TX. The Physician Assistant will work closely with the medical team to provide high-quality patient care. Day-to-day tasks include obtaining patient histories, performing physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, formulating treatment plans, performing and assisting in medical procedures, educating patients on health management, and maintaining accurate medical records. This role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals and adherence to medical regulations and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, obtaining medical histories, and performing physical examinations
• Skills in diagnosing conditions, creating treatment plans, and providing patient education
• Experience in performing and assisting in medical procedures and treatments
• Strong ability to maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and licensure to practice in Texas
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is beneficial
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
