Overview Staffmark is seeking a skilled Powder Coat Painter to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Pinckard, AL. If you have 1-2 years of powder coating or painting experience and enjoy hands-on work, this could be your next career move! Pay & Schedule $14 per hour 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Responsibilities Prepare parts for coating and load/unload parts Operate coating equipment and bake parts at proper temperatures Ensure all components are produced and coated efficiently Perform proper cleaning and light maintenance of equipment Operate a forklift and assist with other tasks as needed Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of powder coating/painting experience preferred Able to lift up to 50 lbs Basic mechanical, electrical, and computer skills Strong attention to detail Supervisory experience or lead role preferred Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Benefits Staffmark provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k), weekly pay, employee discounts, referral bonuses, and a climate-controlled work environment.
