Production Assistant

The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting the Dir. of Production in all services necessary for the basic operation. This position supports the Women's Wholesale business.

The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter all Factory PO's, update all changes to WIPs in multiple systems to ensure accurate reporting data & smooth receipt of WIP into inventory
• Troubleshoot factory delays, shipping, and delivery issues
• Style creation
• Ensure all sales tools are updated and accurate
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Minimum of 0-2 years experience in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00-$26.00. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
