Location: Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Production Line Workers to support a high-output packaging company in Louisville, KY. Join a collaborative team responsible for preparing consumer products for nationwide distribution. Job Duties:
You’ll work on a team-based assembly line helping transform raw product into packaged goods:
Label, shrink-wrap, and box products according to packaging specs
Place finished goods into specialized cartons or display units
Palletize completed boxes for shipping
Perform basic quality checks to ensure standards are met
Work cooperatively with others and follow supervisor instructions
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Support additional production tasks as needed
Physical Requirements:
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving:
Lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
Standing, bending, twisting, and reaching for extended periods
Performing repetitive motion tasks on the production line
Working in a non-climate-controlled facility
Requirements:
No prior experience required – Entry-level friendly
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
Closed-toe shoes required for safety
Must pass background check and drug screening
