The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Summary:

Assist Diagnostic Rad Techs as needed to prepare room and assist patients, Stock linen, Clean rooms, Assist patient changing, Assist patient on and off the radiography table

Qualifications:

Required:

• Current Second Year student in a JCERT approved Radiography Program
• Successful Completion of First year radiography program

Scheduling Requirements:

• PD
• Days

Essential Functions

• Ensures patient comfort, physical and mental well being during the examination
• Ensures that room is properly stocked with all needed supplies prior to the beginning of the procedure
• Assists patients in transferring on to/off examination table for procedures
• Properly prepares room before patient enters and cleans it after patient exits
• Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patients age specific needs and provide age specific treatment and care
