Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price and terms

• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions

• Promote sales through effective advertising, open houses, and listing services

• Present properties to potential buyers and address their questions and concerns

• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Minimum age of 18+
