Position Summary: This is great opportunity to work in a very respected Ears, Nose, Throat, Head, and Neck surgeon's office. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy work environment with cheerfulness, friendliness, strong attention to detail, thoroughness, highly motivated to succeed, and enjoys working.

Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ability to work multiple complex computer programs
• Type 55wpm (may be tested)
• Can easily multi-task while maintaining cheerful disposition among patients and staff
• Precise, thorough data entry with proper grammar and spelling
• Balance office day-end financials
• Willingness to cross-train on multiple desks with different responsibilities on each
• Work well with a team and individually
• Be neat, tidy, keep work area clean, organized, sanitized
• Flexible to work in either our Orem or Provo office *Participate in day-end office cleaning

~2 years MINIMUM medical experience


~Seeking long-term employment

~Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling


~Strong communication skills both written and oral


~Familiar with Medical insurance


~Gets along well with patients and staff

~Able to start immediately

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:15p. No weekends. This is a full-time, long-term, year-round position. Must be available to work entirety of scheduled shifts.
