Account Manager - Beverage Sales Channel

Summary:

A leading food and beverage manufacturer in the dairy space is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow its beverage sales segment. This role focuses on driving sales, launching innovative solutions, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Consistently surpass sales targets across a broad product range
• Clearly articulate product features and explain manufacturing processes to stakeholders
• Stay informed on industry developments and emerging market trends
• Maintain a long-term perspective on key account plans and growth opportunities
• Identify, engage, and secure new business through data-driven outreach
• Work collaboratively with teams across departments and business units to drive results

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of sales experience in food, flavor, or food safety (dairy or alcohol experience a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency with MS Office, sales analytics tools, and CRM platforms
