LifePro Recruitment is actively hiring Sales Account Managers to help us expand our national presence. This is a 1099 commission-only , remote sales role for professionals who want to take control of their time and income while making a real impact.
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to provide tailored life insurance solutions. No cold calling — all leads are warm and pre-qualified.
Key Responsibilities:Manage a pipeline of warm leads and client accounts
Conduct needs-based consultations to match clients with the right products
Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
Maintain follow-up communication and CRM records
Deliver a professional and service-driven experience from first contact to policy issue
Remote position with flexible scheduling
Access to pre-qualified, inbound leads
Ongoing training and personalized mentorship
Uncapped commission structure – earn based on results

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in sales, account management, or customer service (preferred)
Life & Health license (or willingness to get licensed — we’ll help)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Tech-savvy with basic CRM or digital tools experience
Compensation:
This is a 1099, commission-only role. Average full-time earners bring in $6,000–$10,000/month, with top performers exceeding $15,000/month.
