This position fills a critical role in the product development life cycle. This position ensures the accuracy and functionality of the system through testing and verifying conformity with filings and state regulations. About the Role Works in an agile environment Identifies, documents, and triages defects or issues found during testing Maintains documentation such as record test results, defect logs, and testing artifacts Develops test plans, data conversion, and implementation plans as needed Triages issues and incidents reported by end-users for resolution or escalation Identifies patterns and researches incidents. Collaborates with cross-functional SME’s to determine root cause and impact Leads team in Identifying, documenting, and triaging defects or issues found during testing (Senior Level) About You You are analytical and enjoy identifying and synthesizing information from diverse sources You are driven by an underlying curiosity and desire to know more about things, people, or issues You are focused on efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of work You manage multiple responsibilities to stay on top of important, time-sensitive tasks What it Will Take Associate’s degree in business, insurance or related field.
