We are actively seeking a seasoned Fabricator/Welder with extensive hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, fitting and welding to tight tolerances, and operating a variety of fabrication equipment with precision and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret complex fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and project specifications
• Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and stick welding on carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum
• Fit and fabricate parts using accurate measurements, layout, and assembly techniques
• Operate tools and equipment such as press brakes, shears, band saws, grinders, and more
• Perform quality inspections to meet tolerance and finish standards
• Collaborate with project managers and shop leads to meet deadlines
• Mentor junior team members as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of fabrication/welding experience in a shop or industrial setting

• Strong experience fabricating with 14-16 gauge sheet metal

• Mastery of MIG and TIG welding (multi-process )
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
• Familiarity with various metals and fabrication techniques
• Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent) are a plus
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
